Frequently asked questions

Is this worth it for a five-person business?

Especially there: the fewer people, the more search time costs per head. The vehicle assignment alone ("it’s in van 2") saves daily questions.

Does every screw need to be tracked individually?

No. Track individually only what is valuable or scarce – machines, measuring devices, special tools. Consumables run better on minimum stock levels.

What happens if someone forgets to post?

The history shows the last known posting – that narrows the search a lot. With QR scanning, posting takes seconds; the hurdle is deliberately low.
