Inventory management for trades and contractors

Electrical, plumbing, installation or fit-out: in the trades, having the right material at the right time decides every job. Lavesy keeps workshop, warehouse and vehicle stock up to date, warns at minimum stock and reorders from your preferred supplier – operated straight from the job site on your smartphone.

Sound familiar?

  • Material is missing on site even though it was "definitely still there".
  • Nobody knows what is in the service van and what needs to be bought.
  • Orders run on paper notes, WhatsApp and shouting – and get lost.
  • Stocktaking eats a whole Saturday.

Frequently asked questions

Does Lavesy work directly on the job site?

Yes. Lavesy runs as a web app and PWA in your smartphone browser – posting and scanning stock works anywhere, without extra devices.

Can I manage tools and consumables separately?

Yes, via categories and storage locations. Control consumables with minimum and target stock levels, and tools with unambiguous bins and movements.

What does inventory management for trades cost?

Getting started is free. Suppliers, purchase orders and multi-user features are in the Business plan – with no long-term commitment.
