Inventory app: your warehouse in your pocket

The warehouse is rarely where the computer is. An inventory app brings posting, searching and reordering to where material actually moves: the shelf, the van, the job site. Lavesy runs as a web app and PWA directly on your smartphone – no app store, no installation, with QR scanning through the camera.

Sound familiar?

  • Withdrawals are posted "later at the PC" – and then forgotten.
  • In the vehicle or on site there is no access to the warehouse.
  • Extra hardware like handheld scanners is expensive and gathers dust.

How Lavesy helps

Post where things happen

Record withdrawal and receipt right at the shelf by phone.

QR scan with the camera

Scan items and bins instead of searching and typing.

PWA instead of app store

Add to the home screen and use like an app – always up to date.

One truth for everyone

Office, workshop and technicians see the same real-time stock.

How it works

  1. 1Open lavesy.de on your phone and add it to the home screen.
  2. 2Label items and bins with QR codes.
  3. 3Post movements on the go by scanning.
  4. 4Minimum stock levels report themselves before anything is missing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to install an app from the app store?

No. Lavesy is a web app (PWA): open it in the browser, optionally add it to the home screen – updates come automatically.

Does QR scanning work with every smartphone?

Yes. Scanning uses the normal phone camera; current iPhones and Android devices work without accessories.

Can several employees post at the same time?

Yes. Everyone works on the same real-time stock; every posting is traceable with user and timestamp.
